The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile and we stipulate that the governing law is the local law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in SAR (Saudi Riyal) will be accepted for payment.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Any customer using the website who is a Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

The process of shipping items/goods inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be handled by our designated courier partners.
For customers within Saudi Arabia, delivery charges will be free for orders equal to or exceeding SAR 300.
We deliver across the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Delivery Duration (Within KSA): 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location within the Kingdom.

RETURN POLICY

Items shipped from our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in the following cases:

Case 1: If the delivered item is defective or damaged.
Case 2: If you received an incorrect item.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We will take care of the return shipping costs inside Saudi Arabia for approved returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-10 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing a pre-order, you reserve a unit of a high-demand product and agree to the following terms. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your priority position for delivery once stock arrives. The estimated arrival date displayed on the product page is based on current supplier information and may change due to unforeseen delays (e.g., manufacturing, shipping, or customs issues); we will notify you via email of any significant changes. Upon arrival at our warehouse in Jeddah, pre-orders are dispatched immediately in the sequence they were placed, with delivery timelines dependent on your location within the Kingdom.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you must contact our customer support team before the product arrives at our warehouse and is prepared for shipment. A deduction may apply to refunds to cover non-recoverable payment gateway and administrative fees, with refunds processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Farouk Trading and Contracting Co. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a pre-order if the product is permanently delayed or discontinued, in which case a full refund will be issued without any deductions. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, inventory is subject to supplier allocations; in rare cases of insufficient stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, customs delays) or for any indirect damages arising from delays or cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure your account email and contact details are up to date to receive all order updates, as failure to respond may delay your delivery. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
