Warranty policy

What is Covered
Farouk trading and contracting co. ltd provides a 1-year limited service warranty for Lelit espresso machines against defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials. During this period, we will repair or replace defective products at our sole discretion.

How Long Does Coverage Last
The warranty begins on the date of original purchase and lasts for 1 year.

Who is Covered

• Applies only to the first purchaser (end consumer) with valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
• Warranty is non-transferable and void if resold.
• Intended for private household use only. Commercial, corporate, or B2B use voids coverage.

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, superficial damage (scratches, dents), or breakages of removable parts/consumables.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or failure to follow user manuals.
• Products modified without authorization or with removed/altered serial numbers.
• Transport damages or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

How to Claim Service

1. Do not return the product to the retail shop.
2. Contact Farouk trading and contracting co. ltd Customer Support via [email/phone/website link] with:
   • Product model
   • Copy of the purchase receipt.
3. If eligible, we will give instructions for assessment/repair.
4. For Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims, contact us within 3 days of purchase. A replacement will be arranged if verified.

Limitations

• Farouk trading and contracting co. ltd is not liable for incidental/consequential damages.
• Repairs/replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

As an authorized Sage retailer, all Sage products are covered under the 2-year commercial guarantee provided by BRG Middle East Appliances L.L.C. (Sage). Refer to Sage’s Warranty Policy for full terms, including coverage, claims process, and exclusions.
